Camila is open with her emotions and has a warm and charming demeanor. She easily connects with people, making Billy fall in love with her right the moment he see her and connecting with Karen before any other band member. She is skilled at reading others and knows just exactly what to say to make other comfortable in any given moment. Like when she stops Graham from telling Karen about his feelings for her right away to avoid making her feel awkward or when she advises her boyfriend to wear a necktie when meeting with her parents. Camilla is also quite responsible about her role as a mother, enjoying to take care of others and accepting her social responsibilities unlike her husband. She is warm and empathetic, easily noticing Grahams feelings for Karen and advising him about them, as well as noticing her husbands and Daisy‘s mutual feelings. After having reconciled with Billy and being on the verge of dying she encourages him to follow his love for Daisy and care for her when she is gone, showing her selfless nature and genuine care for the well-being of others. While overall Kind and healthy, she also shows an unhealthy streak, being quite skilled at manipulating others, like when claiming during hers and Billy’s first meeting that she doesn’t truly know him. But she mostly uses these abilities for good.
Auxiliary Function: Ni
Camila is quick to detect the potential in others. When she first meets Billy she already senses that she is a rising star in the pop world and even gives up her whole family and future career for him. She later also notices Daisy‘s abilities and potential for the band, opting her husband to change view on her and accept a bit of fresh wind in their group. Camila also shows long term thinking when she makes the video tapes for Daisy and Billy, encouraging to follow their love for each other and correctly predicts how they would react to this message. She is singleminded about her love for Billy and never really considers another option, being desperate when he betrays her. Still she chooses to focus on the future and ultimately comes to terms with him.
Tertiary Function: Se
Camila is sensual and seductive when first meeting Billy, knowing instinctively how to speak, walk and dress around him to make him fall in love. She has an eye for beauty and an artistic vision, shown in her love of photography and taking in the beauty of the moment. Her decision to leave her old life for touring to California with the band, shows and impulsive streak, but she also needs a certain sense of stability to feel secure. Furthermore Camila is quite assertive and enthusiastic quickly taking action to help the band gain fame and influence.
Inferior Function: Ti
Camila is able to detach herself from her feelings and act calm and rational, but prefers are more emotions based approach towards solving her problems. When hurt she can be surprisingly cold and embittered showing another side of her normally warm and energetic self. She can be prone to overthinking than, but normally gets out of it fast. She also learns to use her Ti healthy to quickly form her own conclusions on things, like her relationship to her husband or the way she handles her illness, as well as to strategize for the success of the band.
