Dolores is a deeply felt person and a quiet, but intense presence that clashes with Teddies more pragmatic attitude. Her sensitivity also makes her vulnerable and deeply hurt by her husbands lack of care.
Auxiliary Function: Ne
Dolores often speaks in metaphors and analogie, telling her husband she feels like an insect is living in her brain to describe her mental struggle. In the flashbacks and dreams we see her she is quite detached and ethereal preffering her fantasies over the harsh reality she lives in.
Tertiary Function: Si
Dolores enoys home life on the country side and values traditional ideals like family and romanc. In her flashback she won‘t leave Teddy and with hin her passt behin. she was also highly observant and noticed Teddys drinking habit and his lies easily.
Inferior Function: Te
Dolores is soft spoken and gentle, but can be quite bold under stres. After having killed her children in a psychotic phase she commands Teddy to shoot her at it is the most effective way to ease their sufferin.
