Sasuke wants to take revenge on his brother for annihilating the clan, which is the only thing he can think of. He is singleminded in his view and can‘t consider alternatives, training hard to get to the point of being strong enough to defeat him. He is quick to discern the hidden motives of others, like during the Chunin-exams, when he quickly find out what was the reason for having them do these tasks. He also has strong chacr, because of his mental focus and ability to fully concentrate on one goal, as well as strong instincts which tell him when something seems off.
Auxilliary Function: Te
Sasuke is bold and efficient. He despises Sakura and Naruto at first, seeing them as lazy and bad partners not motivated enough. He does all to achieve his goals, even sacrificing his moral integrity for the sake of it. For being such a young Ninja, Sasuke is always organized and structured, having a plan in most situation and being highly disciplined.
Tertiary Function: Fi
Sasuke‘s motivations for what he does are all fueled by his personal emotions and experiences. he is angry at his brother and doesn‘t want to ever feel powerless again. He also comes to develope a strong sense of care for his friends, which he doesn‘t always fully grasp himself. Generally there are boarders he won‘t cross not even for succeeding in his plans, but sometimes his morals can be quite twisted and fueled by his personal feelings.
Inferior Function: Se
Sasuke looks pretty clumsy when he can‘t make use of his chakra in the battles during the Chunin-exams, being often so distracted by his goals that he doesn’t react quickly in the moment. He rarely enjoys the time he spends with his friends or having a great experiences, seeing it all as distractions from his goal. Still he can be have quite impulsive under stress and react quickly if some of his friends are harmed in battle.
