Lord of The Rings: Aragorn (INFJ)

Dominant Function: Ni


Aragorn is the mythological kind destined to save middle earth and takes this destiny very seriously submitting everything else under this singular vision. He is detached and stoic most of the time, following his vision and focusing on the future. He is also a bit mysterious in the beginning, deceiving others with his identity and being very secretive.

Auxilliary Function: Fe


Aragorn offers others wise support and is a charismatic leader. He knows how to inspire his soldiers and the people alike and is well loved by his people. He is also considerate of others feelings and comforts others like Frodo when they are sad. As heir to the throne he takes his duty very seriously and tries to do his best to serve the greater good.


Tertiary Function: Ti


Aragorn can act quite calm and analytical. He has a detached demeanor and is keen strategist. While he can appear a bit stoic at times, he actually isn‘t just proffering to keep a poker fac enduring battle. Aragorn is quick to take in new information and Analyse it often coming up with clever solutions to their problems.

Inferior Function: Se


Aragorn will jump into battle to save his people, being able to act impulsive and reactive under stress. He can act practically and realistic, but is an idealized at heart. He doesn‘t care much for his appearance or looks, seeing that there are more important things.
