Infj is one of the rarest personalities and it is kind of hard to find some good female representation of this type, but I still tried. Researching on PDB I found some interesting examples, but it was predominately male ones I found, which is strange as statistically there should be slightly more females individuals of this type. Still I found some kind of intriguing ones, which I will show you now.

… But many males.
7. Tachibana Kanade (Angel Beats):
While we don't see her all that much on the outside, on the inside, she is one of the most fascinating characters you can imagine. She is aloof and mysterious, but actually incredibly caring and tries to heal those around her with small acts of kindness. Like many Infjs she is a bit otherworldly and disconnected from the world around her, but very wise and insightful too. 6. Emilia (Re Zero):
Emilia is a healthy Infj. She is kind, mystical and has a strong sense of justice. With her wisdom and gentleness she also sort of mentors Subaru and is able to give him advise, something Infjs are prone to. Her vision for a more just society without discrimination guides her.
5. Yuno Gasai (Future Diary):
Yuno is a rather unhealthy Infj. She is very caring about a selected few, but has no qualms about manipulating or harming any one else. Her detachedness gives her a sense of mystery and she is a skilled manipulator of her environment, making her particularly dangerous, especially considering her violent outbursts from time to time…
4. Sachi (SAO)
Sachi is a very shy, but lovely character. She harbors deep anxieties about her future and potential death, but still willingly sacrifices herself for others, making her an ultimately admirable character. Like many Infjs she also has an artistic streak, shown in her love for music.
3. Sailor Saturn (Sailor Moon)
Sailor Saturn is one of the most mysterious and powerful characters in the universe, but still an ultimately kind and shy person. She is very caring about others, but also aware of her duty as a bringer of destruction and renewal, submitting all even her own life to this vision.
2. Shikimori (ShikimorI is not just a Cutie):
Shikimori is a more socially extraverted Infj and very charismatic and outgoing. She is still ultimately more calm and introspective, shown in her long term scheming and planning. Behind her kind and airhead personality is also a very cunning and intelligent woman, willing to do everything in her power to achieve her goals.
1. Komi (Komi can‘t communicate):
Komi is smart, mysterious and popular with her classmates, but deeply anxious and unsure about her friends. While she seems intimidating at first she is actually very kind and just shy, making her ultimate goal to win a 100 friends even more adorable. She is relatable and admirable at the same time and a great female Infj representation.
