Entjs are among the most ambitious types and constantly chasing after their goals. This often makes them highly successful in many areas, but also relentless. Think about Bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger, who managed to become a politican, movie star and activist after his atheltic career, showing an incredible ambition and ability to achieve his priorly set goals and visions. Or al, those ambitious and visionary politicians like Emanuel Macron or Al Gore, who managed to triumph in the political field. They also often make great statesman, like Churchill, Napoleon or Dschinghis Khan having a natural ability to lead or inspire others with their charismatic and commanding presence and their boldness. Furthermore they can have a need for order, control and dominance like Miranda (played wonderfully by Meryl Streep) in the Devil Wears Prada, that controls her fashion imperium with an iron fist. It can also can manifests in an unhealthy desire to control and dominate those around them, like the infamous Christian Grey in Figthy Shades of Grey.

Entjs trive when they have a plan for something. They need some overarching vision or sense of destiny, like Alexander the Great who believed it was his godly destiny to conquer the known world and liberate it from oppression or Coco Chanel with her unique perfumes. Entj can also have a more mystical side to them and are aware that there is more to the world than that meets the eye, like Morgause in Merlin, who functions as mentoring figure for Morgana, leading her to the dark side. Entjs can often act in such mentoring roles, as their philosophical side is also quite strong and they can combine spirituality with more scientific and practical approaches like Greek polymath Aristoteles. Entjs can also be quite adaptable to change and go along with it to achieve their goals, like Lady Mary in Downton Abbey, who manages to secure their estate‘s survival in the modern times. If villainous they can make quite scary and mysterious figures, whose motives and larger schemes are often unclear like Sauron in Lord of the Rings or Voldemord in Harry Potter. but if healthy they can act as inspiring martyrers for a cause larger than themselves, like Leia Organa in Star Wars, Enjolras in Les Miserables, Maximus in Galdiator or Malcolm X for the Black Panther movment. They often combine idealism and vision, with natural leadership skills and a certain pragmatism, making them quite suited for such roles. If unhealthy they fit the egomanic villain stereotype though, like Homelander in the boys, who gets lost in his delusions of grandeur.
Tertiary Function: Se
Entjs are often surprisingly realistic and grounded for an intuitive type. While they have big dreams they are quite connected to the real world and their senses. They can have a knack for luxurious lifestyles and items, and are focused on crafting their bodies to the highest ideals, often showing an unhealthy perfectionism about such things, like Patrick Bateman in American Psycho, who is almost obsessive about his skin care routines and workout. This also applies to former kickboxer turned influencer Andrew Tate, whose unhealthy obsession with material wealth and a hedonistic lifestyle has made him a toxic role model for many insecure, young men. If you used in a healthy way they can have a certain taste for style and fashion like Cruella del Ville, or Patrizia in House of Gucci. Their groundedness can also make them highly connected to the natural world around the , like Mother Aughra in Dark Crystal, giving them a more spirited and grounded side to their normally calms and collected personalities. Se tertiary also can be quite charming with their more sensual side, as their strong sense of physical presence adds to their charme.
Inferior Function: Fi
At their unhealthiest they completly neglect this functions, seeming almost sociopathic on the outside, like Tony Stonem from Skins or prototypical villains like Milady De Winter in Three Musketeers or Bane in the Dark Knight. But this stereotype is mostly untrue. If healthy they can be quite caring for those close to them and have a strong sense of personal loyalty like Felice in Young Royals, who supports her friend Sara completly, despite her financial problems and Asperger’s. Or well known activists like Nawalny or Joshua Wong, who fiercly fight for their ideals against all odds. On a more unhealthy side this can also manifest in unhealthy emotional outbursts, like anger or envy. They can also manipulate others emotions for their own gain, like retreat guru Masha in Nine Perfect Strangers.
