Tessa is described as having been free spirited and eccentric. She was a political Idealist eager to embrace change and dissatisfied with the present. When we see flashbacks of her home, we can see her creativity and eclectic style, preffering a more unconventional and colorful home than the typical diplomat houses. She quickly embraces different cultural ideals and is quick to connect different information, making her investigation about Three Bees incredibly dangerous for the company, which ends in the killing her.
Auxiliary Function: Fi
Tessa has a strong sense of right and wrong and will stand her ground against all odds. Her unconventional nature made her butt heads many times, but also got her the respect from others like Gitta, Docore Bloom or her husband. Tessa was shown to be non judgmental and open to other cultures and was of life, but also highly sensitive to injustice and cruelty. Her emotional intensity also made her able to drawl others in and manipulate them.
Tertiary Function: Te
Tessa is extemly ambitious about bringing Three Bees to fall and solving her case, to the point of obsessing over it. When she is passionate about something she has workaholic tendencies and won‘t stop until she reached her goal, which causes her relationships to suffer. Tessa is not afraid to question those in power, but aware of the social rules and limitations she has to follow as a woman of her time.
Inferior Function: Si
Tessas unconventional personality and idealism, make her seem ethereal and out of place in the society she lives in. Tessa is observant about small details, but her main focus is the bigger picture, but she underestimated the power large companies hold in Africa. Still her idealism inspires more pragmatic individuals like her husband to take on her work.
