The Boys: Homelander (ENTJ)

Functional Order: Te/Ni/Se/Fi

Dominant Function: Te

Homelander enjoys holding power over others. He is aware of his superior and almost godlike status in society and a maniac control freak. He has literally reached the top in his world, being leader of the league of superheroes and one of the most powerful and popular public figures. Being used to controlling and dominating others, he often struggles to submit to higher authority and has developed unhealthy delusions of grandour, believing that he „can do what ever the fuck I want“.

Auxilliary Function: Ni

When being challenged he often uses scheming to eliminate his enemies, like doing a seemingly romantic interview with starlight to show her the control he has over her or orchestrating a controlled opposition. He is always one step ahead with his plans and very perceptive about others hidden motivations. He is also somewhat delusional and so fixated on his role in society and status that he often overlooks small details.

Tertiary Function: Se

Homelander is normally calm and collected, but can have extreme anger outbursts under stress. With his bold attitude and charisma he also has quite of a presence. Homelander is also living a very hedonistic lifestyle, enjoying expensive clothing, beautiful decorations and drinking fresh milk. He is also somewhat impulsive at times which causes him troubles.

Inferior Function: Fi

Honelander often seems to be devoid of any actual moral compass, but seems to sincerely care form some close to him like his son, trying to be a good dad for him, even though often completly missing the point. He is very bold and insensitive to others feelings and often acts like a full blown sociopath. Still he isn‘t devoid of feelings, as most of his most horrendous acts are actually caused by them.
