No time to Die: Paloma (ENFP)

Functional Axis: Ne/Fi/Te/Si

Dominant Function: Ne

As she is introduced Paloma seems to be very scatterbrained and unfocused, having her head in the clouds and seeming unfit for her dangerous mission with Bond, but she soon proves otherwise. While she isn‘t necessarily in the moment she uses her intuition and training experience (Si) to come up with creative ways to defeat their enemies, like driving a car in a wooden framework to cause it to collapse wich her enemies on it. She also has a knack for symbols giving Bond her lipstick at the end, as a symbol for her own personality and their shared experiences.

Auxiliary Function: Fi

Paloma is quite personable and open with her vulnerabilities and anxieties about the fight. She proves loyal to Bond and becomes sentimental about the small shared experience they have, wanting Bond to remember her not just as an agent, but as his partner. She also seems to be rather romantic, even though the price of loosing effectiveness in her job, which is visible when she flirts with Bond in the beginning.

Tertiary Function: Te

Paloma is, while being an airhead quite skilled and effective as a fighter using learnt strategies efficiently in fight and being very focused on the task at hand. She is reliable and focused if she needs to be and has a commanding presence and boldness while fighting her and James attackers.

Inferior Function: Si

Paloma is highly unconventional and in no way what Bonds expects from a partner in the beginning. She seems to struggle with the details of her work and seems to have a rather bad memory unsure about what she learnt in the past. She also doesn‘t seem to be particular focused or in the moment at all. Still she manages to remind her fighting techniques and stays focused during battle. She also seems to be pretty sentimental and wants Bond to remember their fight.
