Functional Order: Te/Ni/Se/Fi
Dominant Function: Te
Morgause is the ultimate schemer, who never wants anyone to deviate from the plan. She easily assumes a leadership role and organizes others to accomplish her (and their) goals; she comes up with tactical approaches and easily separates the objective from her emotions. Morgause encourages others not to make emotionally driven decisions, and can be quite brutal and callous in dispensing with her enemies … and even her former allies.
Auxilliary Function: Ni
She has powerful insights into future events and how things will unfold, and uses that to help her devise strategic plans of action. Morgause has strong instincts about people’s fates and potential; she carefully cultivates Morgana, nurturing her emotions and emphasis on hatred to bring out her worst aspects. She is cautious and likes to have a complete vision to work toward when implementing a plan, rather than rushing recklessly into a bad situation. Morgause has a long-term vision for her life that includes destroying the Pendragon family; everything she does is part of that greater life’s calling.
Tertiary Function: Se
Fighting comes naturally to her, and she enjoys it. Morgause doesn’t sit on the sidelines all the time; she enjoys the thrill of action and conflict, challenging others to sword fights and actively participating in battle. Morgause is always aware of the potential for action in her environment, and able to revise her plans quickly if necessary. Even though she is driven and focused on the future, she can also enjoy the pleasures of the moment.
Inferior Function: Fi
Her subdued but fierce and unhealthy emotions drive her hatred for Camelot, but also allow her to connect emotionally with Morgana, with whom she feels a strong sisterly bond; shared experiences and values unite them as friends. Morgause has a corrupted sense of individual values, which permits her to ruthlessly dispatch others without concern for their feelings.
