Enola Holmes: Eudoria Holmes (INFJ)

Eudoria is quite a mysterious character in the beginning. She orchestrated her appearance to help join revolutionary forces with her fellow suffragettes and is a political idealist and careful schemer. She also is shown to be very progressive and forward thinking, often rightly predicting what her daughter would need in the future and teaching it her, even though her methods might seem a bit impractical. Hoping her daughter would find her, she gave her many riddles and puzzles to solve, showing a love for mystery and the symbolical.

Auxilliary Function: Fe


Her motive disappearance is fighting for the greater good of woman in society and securing her daughters safety. She wants Enola to become an independent woman, living her values as she thought her and is very happy seeing her succeed. As a teacher and mother to Enola she is very warm, affectionate and full of compassion. She shows her the value of all life, but also wants to protect her and make her realize her own self worth.

Tertiary Function: Ti


Eudoria has a rather nerdy side to her, enjoying science and experimenting just for the sake of it. She is often analytical and detached and maintains a calm composure. As a political activists she shows to be a capeable strategist, helping her daughter escape prison and organizing bombings and violent uprising. Inferior Function: Se


Eudoria is a bit impulsive, engaging in dangerous revolutionary activity and disappearing from one day to the other. While she talks her daughter physical skills like fighting and sports, she isn‘t to bothered preparing her for concrete reality, as this takes enough time later on wanting her instead see the world for what it could be rather than what it is.
